The operating agreement for using One Studio, including build responsibility, billing boundaries, ownership, and service limits.
The service
One Studio helps customers plan, build, verify, deploy, and operate software. Generated output may contain errors. Customers remain responsible for review, lawful instructions, content, deployment decisions, backups, and the products they operate.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect access, and use the service only as permitted by law. You may not attack systems, evade limits, upload unlawful or infringing material, expose secrets, misuse personal data, or use the service to cause harm. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.
Billing and Managed Payments
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Studio credits are service units covering agent requests, model inference, sandbox activity, version storage, builds, and publishing; they are not money and are not redeemable for cash. Included credits refresh each paid billing period; free onboarding credits are issued once; purchased top-up credits remain available while an eligible paid plan is active. Checkout may use Stripe Managed Payments, where the transaction is sold through Link as merchant of record. Link handles covered indirect tax, fraud, disputes, refunds, and transaction support. Coverage and eligibility vary by product and customer location, and Sansa Vision remains responsible where Managed Payments does not apply. Product support is provided by One Studio.
Content and output
You retain rights in your content. You grant Sansa Vision a limited license to process it only to provide, secure, and support the service. As between the parties, you own generated project output to the extent permitted by law. We retain rights in One Studio, its platform, templates, and general know-how.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every output or integration will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may end access for material breach after reasonable notice where feasible. Source export, billing records, and available rollback controls remain accessible as stated in your plan and applicable law. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
